You can delete categories from Pavilion Settings at any time. However, if the category you are deleting has related records, you must first select a replacement category.
ā ļøNote: All products related to the deleted category will be reassigned to the selected category.
Follow these steps to reassign related records to a new category:
Click App Launcher in the navigation tab bar.
Type Pavilion Settings in the search field and select it.
Go to the Categories tab.
Select the category you want to delete.
Click the Delete button in the category's action menu.
Choose a replacement category from the list. (All records linked to the deleted category will be reassigned to this category.)
(Optional) Check the checkbox if you want to update the affected products in E-Commerce.
Click Yes to confirm and apply the changes.
