⚠️ Before you can create a new user in Pavilion, you’ll first need to purchase an additional user slot if one is not already available.
Purchasing a New User
To add a new user to Pavilion, you first need to purchase a user slot.
Each new user slot costs $99/month, billed annually.
A purchase gives you a dedicated slot for 1 year.
To purchase, please contact our Support Team at [email protected]. Our team will provide a secure payment link and guide you through the process.
Once the purchase is complete, you can create the user in Pavilion following the steps below.
Creating a New User in Pavilion
💡 If you don’t see User Management in the App Manager, please contact your administrator.
Following these steps, you can easily create new users and assign them permissions.
Steps:
Click App Launcher in the navigation tab bar.
Type User Management in the search bar.
Click the New User button in the top right corner.
Fill in the form.
Select the Pavilion Profile.
Ensure the correctness of the entered data.
Save changes
Editing User Data
You can edit user details such as First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Title, Locale, Time Zone, and Pavilion Profile.
Click App Launcher (grid icon) in the navigation tab bar.
Type User Management in the search bar.
Click on the button group next to the preferred user.
Click the Edit button.
Edit User Information.
Save changes.
Changing the Permission Set for an Existing User
You can modify permission sets for an existing user by granting or removing extra permissions.
Steps:
Click App Launcher in the navigation tab bar.
Type User Management in the search bar.
Click on the dropdown icon next to the preferred user.
Click the Permission Sets button.
Add or remove preferred permissions from the selection using the arrows.
Save changes
