Setting a Firm Due Date for Job Orders

The "Firm Due Date" checkbox lets you specify if a job has a firm or estimated due date, displayed on orders, invoices, and receipts.

Checking the Firm Due Date:

  1. Go to the Job record.

  2. Check the Firm Due Date checkbox to indicate that the job has a firm due date.

  3. If the checkbox is unchecked, the job will have an estimated due date.

What Happens When You Check the Checkbox:

  • The Firm Due Date will be shown on printed materials such as print orders, receipts, and envelopes.
