What is a memo?
A memo is used when inventory items are temporarily provided to a customer or B2B partner.
Memo items can be:
Returned
Purchased
Converted to an invoice
Memos help you track borrowed inventory, due dates, returns, invoices, and payments.

Create a Memo
Open the Pavilion B2B app from the App Launcher.
Select the Memos tab.
Select New.
In the Vendor field, select the vendor associated with the memo.
In the Date field, choose the memo date.
In the Terms field, select the memo terms.
Complete any remaining required fields.
Select Save.
Add inventory items to a memo
Open the memo record.
Select Add Items.
In the Select Items field, search for the items you want to add.
You can search by Title, Item ID, SKU, or Internal ID.
Select the items.
Click Add.
Add Miscellaneous items to a memo
Use Add Misc when you need to add a non-inventory item or charge to the memo.
Open the memo record.
Select Add Misc.
Complete the required fields.
Add any optional information.
Select Save.
Adding shipping to a memo
Open the memo record.
Select the Shipping tab.
Turn on the Shipping toggle.
In the Cost field, enter the shipping cost.
In the Price field, enter the shipping price charged to the customer.
Enter the shipping address.
Select Save.
