Pavilion includes two Salesforce apps: B2C and B2B:
Use the B2C app for sales processes with end customers.
Use the B2B app for sales processes with other businesses.
💡B2B access may vary based on your company’s licensing plan and user permissions.
Switch Between B2C and B2B
1. Log in to Pavilion.
2. In the upper-left corner, select the App Launcher icon. The App Launcher looks like a grid of small squares.
3. In the App Launcher, search for the app you want to open. Search for B2C or B2B.
4. Select the app name.
5. Confirm the correct app opens. The navigation menu at the top of the page should update based on the app you selected.
