Creating Bulk Inventory Items

This guide explains how to create multiple inventory items using the Bulk Inventory Items tool.

With Pavilion’s Bulk Inventory Import, adding multiple products to your inventory is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get bulk products set up in no time:

1. Using the App navigation, proceed to the Inventory tab.

2. Click on the menu button in the header panel.

3. Select the Inventory Bulk Import option from the menu.

4. Add general information about your Inventory Product. Fill in the product store (1), creation date (2), vendor (3), and optional fields such as document number (4). If you wish to mark your future products as Memo items, check the Memo (5) checkbox.

5. Provide information about your products. Fill in the Title field with the title of your product.

6. Choose the product category from the available options in the Category field.

7. Enter the product cost in the Unit Cost field.

8. Enter the markup to calculate the retail price based on the entered Unit Cost.

9. If applicable, add the Vendor SKU for the product.

10. Choose the preferred location for storing your product in the Location field.

11. To add a new product form, click on the Add Item button. You can add as many items as you need by filling in the required information for each item.

12. If you wish to delete the template of your item, click on the Delete icon.

13. Once you have reviewed and confirmed the accuracy of the information, click on the Save button to save your new products in Pavilion.
