Marking Sale Line as a Donation or Giveaway

Mark sale items as Donation or Giveaway directly from the Order page or POS by editing the sale line and saving the changes.

Marking a Sale Line as a Donation or Giveaway from Order record page

  1. Search for and open the relevant Order (Job, Layaway, Sale) that contains the Sale Line you want to mark.

  2. In the sale lines table click the Edit button next to the Sale Line item.

  3. Locate the is Donation/ is Giveaway option.

  4. Mark the item as a Donation or Giveaway.

  5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Marking a Sale Line as a Donation or Giveaway from POS

  1. Open the POS.

  2. Add the item(s) or order with sale line to the POS.

  3. Click the Edit icon next to the Sale Line item.

  4. Locate the is Donation/ is Giveaway option.

  5. Mark the item as a Donation or Giveaway.

  6. Click Save to apply the changes.
