Navigating List Views

Learn about default list views in Pavilion tabs and how they help organize vendors, customers, sales, jobs, and more.

Pavilion uses List Views across different tabs to help you quickly find, organize, and manage your data. Each tab, such as Inventory, Customers, Vendors, and Sales, comes with standard list views designed to show the most relevant records for typical tasks.

This article will guide you through the standard list views available in each tab and explain how to navigate them efficiently.

These list views let you quickly filter orders by status, helping you prioritize work and track progress efficiently.

Sales Tab List Views

The Sales tab provides visibility into all types of sales activity, including in-store and online. Each list view is organized by status so you can track sales more efficiently.

  • All – Displays every sale in your Pavilion account.

  • Online Orders – Shows sales that came directly from your connected website or online store.

  • Recently Viewed – Contains the most recent sales records you have opened for quick access.

  • All Closed – Sales that have been finalized and marked as closed.

  • All Drafts – Sales are currently saved in Draft status.

Receipts Tab List Views

The Receipts tab is simpler than other areas because receipts are always created after a purchase is made. Since receipts are tied directly to sales activity, only two list views are available:

  • All – Displays every receipt in your Pavilion account.

  • Recently Viewed – Shows the most recent receipts you have opened.

You can also view receipts from the related sale record or within your orders, making it easy to track payments in context.
