Reset your password
Go to the Reset Your Password page.
Enter your Pavilion username.
Select Continue.
ℹ️ Note: Your Pavilion username is usually your work email address.

Check your email
After you submit the reset request, check your email for a password reset message.
The email may come from Salesforce.
If you do not see the email, check your Spam, Promotions, Social, or Updates folders.
What to do if you do not receive the email
If you do not receive the password reset email:
Confirm you entered the correct username.
Check whether you used your work email address.
Wait a few minutes and check your inbox again.
Contact your system administrator if the email still does not arrive.
