Why tabs may not appear
A tab may not appear because:
It is not pinned to your top navigation menu.
It is available in a different Pavilion app, such as B2C or B2B.
Your role or permissions do not include access to it.
Your company’s Pavilion setup does not include it.
💡Please note that the availability of certain hidden tabs may vary depending on your licensing plan and administrative configuration
Find tabs using the App Launcher
1. In the upper-left corner, select the App Launcher icon. The App Launcher looks like a grid of small squares.
2. Click View All in the App Launcher.
What to do if you still do not see the tab
If you still do not see the tab:
Confirm that you are in the correct Pavilion app, such as B2C or B2B.
Try searching for the tab name in the App Launcher.
Contact your system administrator to confirm your access.
