To delete a job record in Pavilion ERP, navigate to the specific Order (Job, Special Order, Layaway, or Sale) and click the "Delete" button. If the button isn't visible, you must void all associated receipts first. Only after voiding these receipts can you successfully delete the Order.
1. Navigate to an Order (Job, Special Order, Layaway, or Sale) you want to delete.
2. Click “Delete” button. If you don’t see the button, you need to void all receipts first. See Step #4 for more details.
3. Conirm “Delete”.
If your Order has receipts, you’ll need to void them all before you can delete it.
4. Click “Receipts & Files”.
5. Click “Show actions”.
6. Click the “Void” button.
7. Click “Yes”.
Tip: Repeat for all Receipts under the Order.
8. Now you can delete the order. Click “Delete”.
9. Confirm “Delete”.
