Creating a Payment Link for an Order
You can easily send Stripe payment links to customers for any unpaid order (Job, Special Order, Layaway, or Sale) directly from Pavilion.
Follow these steps to create and send a payment link using Stripe:
Go to the unpaid order (Job, Special Order, Layaway, or Sale).
Click the Payment Link button.
Enter the desired payment amount.
Click the Create Payment Link button.
(Optional) Copy the payment link to share it directly with your customer.
Select your preferred notification method: select Text (SMS) or Email. Check the corresponding box.
Click the Send button to deliver the payment link to your customer.
Creating a New Stripe Payment Link
Follow these steps to generate and send a new payment link using Stripe:
Go to the unpaid order (Job, Special Order, Layaway, or Sale).
Click the Payment Link button.
Click the Create Another Link button.
(Optional) Check the box to deactivate the previously created link.
Click the Create Payment Link button.
Select your preferred notification method: select Text (SMS) or Email. Check the corresponding box.
Click the Send button to deliver the new payment link to your customer.
