When you need to quickly sell inventory items, miscellaneous charges, shipping or services directly through your POS system, Pavilion ERP makes the process simple. This user guide will provide step-by-step instructions on how to efficiently execute quick sales using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
1. Click on the POS Utility Bar in the bottom right corner of the page.
2. In the Customer field, select the customer for whom you want to process adding Sale items.
3. You can add the following to the POS:
(1) Inventory items
(2) Miscellaneous items (for items that do not fit into a specific category)
(3) Shipping (for adding delivery payment and specifying the shipping address)
(4) Services (for quick services that are provided and paid for immediately, without creating a job)
4. Adding Sale Item: In the POS , click on the + Item button.
5. Search for the desired item using the search & select. You can add multiple items per once.
Note that you can add only existing items to the POS.
6. Click on the Add button.
7. Adding Miscellaneous: Click on the +Misc button.
8. Fill in all required field. After verifying the accuracy of the information, click the Save button.
9. Adding Shipping: If the sale requires shipping, click on the +Shipping button in the POS application.
10. Enter the shipping information, including the customer’s address and preferred shipping method. Specify any applicable shipping charges or select from predefined options.
11. Adding Service: Click the +Service button to add a quick service to the sale.
12. Choose the service and click Next.
13. Fill in the required information based on the service you chose. Once everything is correct, click Save to add the service to the current sale.
That`s it! You have successfully added Individual Sale Items on POS.
