This guide will walk you through the process of adding images, YouTube links, and 360 view links to your inventory items in Pavilion. By adding these multimedia elements, you can enhance the visual representation of your products and provide a more engaging experience for your customers.
1. From the Inventory item list view, select the inventory item record page to which you want to add your Images, YouTube or 360 view
2. In the Gallery section, click on the Add Images button to add images to the inventory item.
3. A file upload dialog box will appear. Select the image files that you want to upload from your computer or Drag & Drop.
Important: You can select up to 10 image files at once.
4. Once the image files are uploaded, they will be displayed as thumbnails in the uploaded images list. To add images to your item, click on the Add button.
5. You can also choose from previously added images in the library. To do this, click on the Choose from Library tab.
6. Here, you can find images related to the chosen category.
If you want to find Images related to other items, filter the search by category (1), uploading date (3), or by using key parameters (2).
7. Additionally, you can select to add (1), delete (2), or open full preview (3) of an image.
Note: You can select as many images as you want from the library to add to your item.
8. To add a YouTube or 360 View link, click on the arrow and the Add Media URL button in the Gallery section. A dialog box will appear where you can paste the YouTube or 360 View link, or any other media link as you wish.
9. Paste the YouTube/Vision360 or another link into the provided field and click Save to add your link to the inventory item.
10. That`s It! You have successfully added images, YouTube links, and 360 view links to your inventory item in Pavilion.
If you click on the embedded link, you will be redirected to the source page.
11. You may manage your Images in the Gallery by hovering the mouse over the image title and changing your main Image (1) to another one (4), deleting (2), or seeing a full preview (3). You can rearrange the order of the images by dragging and dropping them.
