Adding New Values
Click App Launcher in the navigation tab bar.
Type Pavilion Settings in the search field and select it.
Go to the Value Sets tab.
Click on the preferred Value Set.
Click the Add button.
Fill in the required fields.
(Optional) To set the new picklist value as inactive, uncheck the "Is Active" checkbox. To make it the default, check the "Is Default" checkbox.
Editing Values
Go to the Value Sets tab.
Click on the preferred value set.
Click the action menu (dropdown icon) next to the value.
Click the Edit button.
Update the necessary fields.
Click Save to apply changes.
Activate/Deactivate Values
Click on the preferred value set.
Click the action menu (dropdown icon) next to the value.
Click the Edit button.
To deactivate or activate a value, click the action menu next to the desired value and select Deactivate or Activate.
Click Yes to apply changes.
ā ļø Note: You can deactivate values that are not associated with any products. However, if a value is currently in use, you must decide how to handle its removal in existing records. Follow the steps below:
Choose a replacement value.
(Optional) Check the checkbox if you want to update affected products in E-Commerce.
Click Yes to confirm and apply the changes.
