Conditions Triggering Attention Required Warning
When you finalize the Job or add it to POS, Pavilion will show a warning message that the job requires special attention if:
At least one part or service is labeled Cost is Estimated or Price is Estimated
The Attention Required checkbox is selected for the job
Enabling the Attention Required Flag for a Job
1. Open the Job record page.
2. Navigate to the General Information section, click on the pen icon to edit it.
3. Select the Attention Required checkbox to designate the job for special attention.
4. Optional. Locate the Internal Note field and enter any relevant details about the attention required. This note will appear on the POS when attempting to finalize the job.
5. Click Save to apply the changes.
