Log in to Pavilion: Open your browser, navigate to your Pavilion login page, and sign in with your credentials.
Access Your Profile: Once logged in, locate your avatar or profile icon in the top-right corner of the Pavilion interface. Click on your avatar to open a dropdown menu.
Go to Settings: From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
Navigate to Connected Accounts: In the Settings menu, look for an option labeled Connected Accounts Click on it to proceed.
Select Email and Calendar Accounts: Within the Connected Accounts section, find and click on Email and Calendar Accounts.
Connect Google Workspace: You should see an option to connect a Google account. Click on Connect or Add Account next to the Google Workspace option.
Sign in to Google Workspace: A pop-up window will appear prompting you to sign in to your Google Workspace account. Enter your Google Workspace email address and password, then click Next.
Grant Permissions: Google will display a permissions request screen asking you to allow Salesforce to access your email and calendar data. Review the permissions, then click Allow to proceed.
Confirm Connection: Once permissions are granted, you’ll be redirected back to Salesforce. The interface should confirm that your Google Workspace account is now connected for email and calendar sync.
⚠️ The initial sync between Google Workspace and Pavilion might take up to 24 hours to complete, depending on the volume of data being synchronized. Subsequent updates should occur more quickly.
Your Google Workspace account should now be connected to Pavilion, enabling email and calendar sync!
