Pavilion Calendar helps you manage everything from customer birthdays and job due dates to your appointments, all in one place. Whether you're tracking Job deadlines, Layaway follow-ups, or daily tasks, the Calendar keeps you and your team informed and on schedule.
Pavilion Calendar Features
Your calendar view includes several layers of helpful data:
Job Due Dates – See when repairs or custom orders are expected to be completed.
Layaways and Special Orders – Track upcoming payments or pick-up dates.
Customer Birthdays and Anniversaries – A helpful reminder to stay in touch with your customers by sending a personalized message or offering a birthday discount. You can also offer coupons or promote gift cards for their loved ones. This feature can also help keep your customers engaged and encourage them to return to your store.
Synced Appointments – If you use Google Calendar, Outlook, or Calendly, your events can appear here as well.
Personal Events – Add your own reminders or team tasks as needed.
You can turn each Calendar on or off using the toggles under My Calendars to reduce visual clutter and focus only on what’s relevant, or adjust it according to your needs.
💡 Sync Your Google Calendar with Pavilion
If you use Google Calendar (through Gmail or Google Workspace), you can connect it to Pavilion to see all your personal and store-related appointments in one place. Follow this step-by-step guide to get started:

Color-Coding Events
Consider using different colors or icons for each calendar type (Jobs, Layaways, Anniversaries, etc.) to visually distinguish between them. This can help you spot important dates faster at a glance:
1. Click on the dropdown icon near the name of the Calendar.
2. Choose from available colors or select Choose Custom Color.
3. Select Background Color and Background Texture, then click Save.
Filtering by Team Member
If your team assigns jobs or tasks to specific users, you can filter the calendar view by user to see only relevant events for that person:
1. In the Other Calendars section, click on the gear icon - Add Calendars.
2. Type in or select the user and click Add.
Additional Tips for Using Pavilion Calendar
