Editing an Event
Follow these steps to update an existing event:
1. Open the Calendar tab from the navigation menu.
2. Find and click on the event you want to edit.
3. The Event Details window will open. Click the Edit button.
4. Make any necessary changes in the event form (e.g., time, date, related record, or description). Refer to the field breakdown in the Creating a New Event article for guidance.
5. Click Save to apply the updates. The event will be updated in your calendar.
Deleting an Event
To remove an event from your calendar:
1. Open the Calendar tab from the navigation menu.
2. Click on the event you want to delete.
3. In the Event Details window, click the Delete button.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted. The event will be permanently removed from the calendar.
Editing and Deleting from the More Details Page
If you need to review all event information without making changes:
1. Open the Calendar tab from the navigation menu.
2. Click on the event you want to review.
3. Click the More Details button. This opens the full event record with all related fields and links.
4. From this view, you can choose to Edit or Delete the event using the buttons at the top of the page. You can also click the pen icon next to any specific field you wish to edit directly.
