Creating a New Location
1. To create a new Location, click on the App Launcher (grid icon).
2. Type in Locations in the search field and click it.
3. By default, most likely you'll see the Recently Viewed list view.
4. Choose All list view.
5. (Optional) Click on the Pin icon to set this list view as a default one.
6. Click New to create a new Location.
7. Type in your new Location Name.
8. Choose the Store.
9. Select the relevant checkboxes:
Use as Item Location – Makes this location available when creating or editing inventory items.
Use as Job Location – Allows this location to be selected when creating or managing Jobs.
Default Item Location – Automatically pre-fills this location when a new item is created.
Default Trade-In Location – Sets this as the default location when Adding Trade-ins from POS.
10. Click Save.
11. The new Location is successfully created!
Editing Locations
Option A:
1. To edit an existing location, click on the dropdown icon and select Edit.
2. Click Save after you finish editing.
Option B:
1. You can also edit your Location by clicking on its name.
2. Click on the pen icon next to the field you wish to edit.
3. Make the necessary adjustments and click Save.
Deleting Locations
Option A:
1. Click on the name of the Location.
2. Click the Delete button in the top right corner of the record.
3. Confirm the deletion.
Option B:
1. Click on the dropdown icon next to your Location and select Delete.
2. Confirm the deletion.
