In the Brands section, you can manage all your brands. This page lists every brand in your system and allows you to add new ones, edit existing ones, or remove those you no longer need.
Creating a New Brand
1. Open the App Launcher, type Brands in the search bar, and click on it.
2. Click New to create a new Brand.
3. Select Brand Name and click Save.
Brand Record Sections
Brand records have two sections: Details and Related.
Details: Displays the key information about the brand, including:
Brand Name
Created By
Last Modified By
Related: Shows the Inventory Items that belong to that brand. This allows you to track which products are linked to each brand.
Editing Brand Records
Editing Brands can be helpful when you need to rename a brand, fix typos, or update details without creating a new record.
1. Open the App Launcher, type Brands, and click on it.
2. Find the Brand you want to edit. You can use the Search this list section to find the brand in your List View.
3. Click the dropdown icon next to the brand and select Edit.
4. Update the Brand details and click Save.
Deleting Brand Records
Deleting a brand helps you keep your list clean and remove outdated or unused entries.
⚠️ Once deleted, the brand will no longer be available, and any inventory items linked to it will lose the brand association.
1. Open the App Launcher, type Brands, and click on it.
2. Find the brand you want to delete. You can use the Search this list section to find the brand in your List View.
3. Click the dropdown icon next to the brand and select Delete.
4. Confirm the deletion.
5. A brand can also be deleted directly from within its record.
Cloning a Brand Record
When viewing a brand record, you can use the Clone button to quickly create a new brand with the same details.
1. Open the brand record you want to copy.
2. Click Clone.
3. In the confirmation window, update the Brand Name and click Save.
