Emailing Account Statements

You can now send an Account Statement PDF by email directly from the account page.

How to Email an Account Statement

1. Open the Account record.

2. Click the Account Statement button.

3. Next to Download PDF, click Email.

4. A pop-up will appear, similar to sending an Invoice or Memo, with pre-filled information:

  • Contact First Name

  • Contact Last Name

  • Email

  • CC (optional)

  • Attach extra files (optional)

5. Adjust the fields and upload files if needed, then Send the statement.
