You can use Firm Due Date to show whether a job’s due date is confirmed or estimated.
When Firm Due Date is checked, the due date appears as a firm due date on customer-facing documents, including orders, receipts, and envelopes. When it is unchecked, the due date is treated as an estimated due date.
Set a firm due date
Open the Job record.
In the job details, find the Due Date field.
Enter or confirm the job’s due date.
Check Firm Due Date if the due date is confirmed.
Leave Firm Due Date unchecked if the due date is only estimated.
Save the job.
What happens when Firm Due Date is checked
When Firm Due Date is checked, Pavilion displays the due date as firm on printed materials, such as:
Print orders
Receipts
Envelopes
This helps customers and team members distinguish between a confirmed due date and an estimated one.
ℹ️ If you're using custom templates, please contact Pavilion support to include this information in your printed documents.
