Payment links let you collect payment from a customer for an unpaid order. You can create a payment link from an unpaid Sale, Job, Layaway, or Special Order and send it to the customer by email or text message.
Pavilion supports payment links through connected payment providers, including Stripe, Shopify, and Nuvei. After the customer pays through the link, the payment is automatically recorded in Pavilion and applied to the related order.
Send a payment link
Open the unpaid order.
Click Payment Link.
Enter the payment amount.
Click Create Payment Link.
Choose how you want to share the payment link:
Copy the link and send it manually.
Select Send via Email.
Select Send via SMS.
If sending by email, optionally select Include Order PDF to attach a copy of the order.
Click Send.
Create a new payment link
Use this option if you need to create a new payment link for the same order.
Open the unpaid order.
Click Payment Link.
Click Create Another Link.
Enter the new payment amount.
If needed, select Deactivate Previous Link to prevent the existing payment link from being used.
Click Create Payment Link.
Choose the notification method.
Click Send.
