How do I manage Pavilion Calendar?

Learn how to manage calendar views and event types.

Pavilion Calendar gives you one place to view customer dates, job due dates, layaway due dates, special order due dates, synced appointments, and personal events.

Use the calendar to keep track of important dates and reduce missed follow-ups.

View calendar event types

Your Pavilion Calendar may include several types of events:

  • Job due dates: Shows when jobs are expected to be completed.

  • Layaway due dates: Shows upcoming layaway payment or completion dates.

  • Special order due dates: Shows upcoming special order dates.

  • Customer birthdays: Shows customer birthday reminders.

  • Customer anniversaries: Shows customer anniversary reminders.

  • Synced appointments: Shows events from connected calendars, such as Google Calendar.

  • Personal events: Shows events or reminders created directly in Pavilion Calendar.
