ℹ️ Note: If you don’t see Pavilion Settings in the App Manager, please contact your administrator.
Value sets control list values available in Pavilion, such as styles, metal types, colors, stone types, and other selectable options.
Add a new value
Open Pavilion Settings.
Click the Value Sets tab.
Select the value set you want to update.
Click Add.
Fill in the required fields.
Optional: To make the value inactive, clear the Is Active checkbox.
Optional: To make the value the default, select the Is Default checkbox.
Click Save.
Edit a value
In the Value Sets tab, select the value set you want to update.
Click the dropdown icon next to the value.
Select Edit.
Update the needed fields.
Click Save.
Activate or deactivate a value
In the Value Sets tab, select the value set you want to update.
Click the dropdown icon next to the value.
Select Activate or Deactivate.
Click Yes to confirm.
If the value is not associated with any products, Pavilion activates or deactivates the value.
If the value is currently in use, Pavilion prompts you to choose how to handle existing records.
Deactivate a value that is in use
When a value is currently used on existing records, choose one of the available options:
Replace value on records with: Replaces the value with another selected value.
Replace value on records with blank value: Removes the value from existing records and leaves the field blank.
Only deactivate value: Deactivates the value while keeping it on existing records.
Optional: Select Sync affected products with E-Commerce after changes if affected products should be updated online.
Click Yes to confirm and apply the changes.
