Pavilion allows you to create and manage both Coupons and Gift Cards that can be applied to customer transactions to offer discounts or prepaid value. This guide walks you through the steps to manage these templates using the Misc Templates feature.
How to Create Coupon or Gift Card Templates
Open the App Launcher
Click the App Launcher icon (grid icon) to open the app menu.Find and Open Misc Templates
In the search field, type Misc Templates and select it from the results.
Create a New Template
Click the New button to begin creating a new discount template.Choose the Type
In the Type field, select whether this template is a:Coupon (Fixed or Percent)
Gift Card
Configure Amount
For Coupons, enter the value in the Coupon Amount field.
If type is Percent, provide a value from 0 to 100.
For Gift Cards, enter the prepaid Amount.
(Optional) Associate a Vendor
If needed, select a Vendor related to the coupon or gift card.Activate or Deactivate the Template
To make it available for use, ensure the isActive checkbox is selected.Save the Template
Review your inputs and click Save to create the template.
Managing Existing Templates
Edit a Template
Click the Edit button, make the necessary updates, and Save.Delete a Template
Click Delete to permanently remove the template.Clone a Template
Click Clone to duplicate the template. Modify if needed and Save.
