Using Tag Printer to Print Tags

The Pavilion Tag Printer is a useful tool that enables users to print tags for their inventory items, making it easier to manage their merchandise.

This user guide will provide instructions on how to use the Tag Printer feature in Pavilion ERP.

Tagging and Printing Inventory Items

1. In the bottom-right corner, click the Tag Printer.

2. Click the Add Items button to add inventory items to the print queue.

3. In the Add Items window, search and select the items you want to print. You can select as many items as needed.

4. After selecting inventory items, click the Add button.

5. The chosen items will be displayed in the list and ready for printing.

6. To see the Inventory item tag preview (2), click on the item line (1).

7. Tag preview contains the following fields:

  • Price type dropdown (1)

  • Load from Item button (2) - to upload original data from item

  • Barcode (3)

  • Inventory Item SKU (4)

  • Retail Price (5)

  • Title (6)

  • Inventory Item attributes (7)

Note that the presented information and view in the Tag Preview depend on your specific configuration in Pavilion.

8. To change the displayed price, use the Price type dropdown and select the needed option.

9. Click Save after making edits to the tag.

10. You can also edit the Title and Attributes. After editing, click Save.

11. To reload current data from the Inventory Item, click Load from Item.

12. Once everything is set, select the item(s) and click the Print Tag button. This will open your browser's standard print window to start printing.

13. To delete a single inventory item from the print queue, click the arrow icon next to it and choose Delete.

Please note that the Quantity represents the number of copies for the selected item tags in the queue. When an item is deleted, all copies associated with it will be removed from the list.

14. To delete all items from the Tag Printer queue, click on the Clear All button.

Other ways to add an inventory item to the Tag Printer:

From the Inventory Item List View

1. Go to the Inventory item list view.

2. Select the desired inventory item from the list.

3. Click on the Print Tags button.

From the Inventory Item record

1. Navigate to the specific Inventory Item record.

2. Click on the Print Tag button.

From the Location record

1. Click on the App Launcher in top left corner.

2. Enter the Stores in the Search field.

3. Navigate to the Store list view.

4. Select the Store of your Inventory Item record.

5. Open the Related tab.

6. Select the Location of your Inventory Item record from the Related Locations list.

7. Select the desired inventory item from the list (1).

8. Click on the Print Tags button (2).
