If a customer no longer wishes to proceed with a service or if the job was created by mistake, you can cancel it directly from the Jobs section. Canceling a job will stop any further progress and mark it as closed without completion.
1. In the App Navigation Menu, open the Jobs tab, then click on your Job record.
2. Inside the Job, click the dropdown arrow in the top-right corner, then Cancel Job.
3. The Cancel Job window will pop up. If needed, you can apply the Cancellation Fee.
4. You also have the option of leaving a note.
5. Confirm the Cancellation by clicking Continue.
Now that the Job is canceled, you can choose to add it to the POS by clicking the Add to POS button. If you need to undo the cancellation, click the Restore button.
6. Add the applicable payment for the canceled Job, if required.
7. Review all cancellation details and complete the necessary actions. Once everything looks correct, click the Finish button. From here, the Job will be marked as Closed.
