Use Generate Description (AI) to create descriptive text for an inventory item. This can help save time when writing product descriptions and make item details more complete.
Generate an AI description
Open the Inventory tab.
Select the inventory item you want to update.
In the General section, click Generate Description (AI).
In the Features & Keywords field, add any important product details you want the AI description to include. Examples may include:
Style
Shape
Metal
Stone
Color
Occasion
Design details
Other keywords that describe the item
Select which information Pavilion should use to generate the description. Available options may include:
Attributes
Category
Current Title
Current Description
Choose the preferred Tone Style.
Choose the Number of Sentences.
To generate a title along with the description, turn on Generate Title.
Click Generate Description.
Review the generated description.
Edit the description if needed.
Click Save to save the description and title to the inventory item.
Tips for better AI descriptions
Use specific keywords when possible. Clear product details help Pavilion generate a more accurate description.
For example, instead of entering “ring,” include details like:
14k yellow gold
Oval diamond
Vintage-inspired
Halo setting
Engagement ring
Always review AI-generated text before saving to confirm the description is accurate.
