The General section includes basic item details, such as:

Internal Note
The Category determines which attributes and fields are available for the item.
Certificate section
The Certificate section is used for certificate details when applicable.
This may include certificate information for diamonds or other certified items.
ℹ️ Pavilion limits you to adding one main certificate to an item by default. This certificate is used to fetch attribute data and simplify website synchronization. However, you can add as many stones with individual certificates as necessary under the Components tab.

Attributes section
The Attributes section includes item-specific details based on the selected category.

Prices & Costs section
The Prices & Costs section includes the item’s cost and selling price information.

Cost | The Cost field represents the amount spent or associated cost of acquiring the inventory item. |
Price Markup | The Price Markup represents the amount added to the cost price to determine the price of the Inventory Item. |
Price | The Price field shows the selling price of individual unit of the Inventory Item. |

The Inventory section includes tracking details for the item.

Field | Definition |
SKU | SKU stands for Stock Keeping Unit and is a unique identifier assigned to the inventory item. It serves as a reference code for tracking and managing the item within the inventory. |
Vendor | Represents the supplier from which the inventory item was obtained. It identifies the company or entity responsible for providing the item. |
Vendor SKU | The vendor SKU field refers to the stock keeping unit or product code assigned by the vendor to the inventory item. |
Document | The document field is used to attach number of related document purchase. |
Stock Status | The stock status field indicates the current status of the Inventory Item, such as "In Stock," "Out of Stock," or "On Backorder”. |
Store | The store field specifies the physical store where the Inventory Item is located or assigned to. |
Location | The Location field specifies the physical location where the Inventory Item is located or assigned to. |
Use this section to understand where the item is stored, who supplied it, and whether it is available.
Extras section
The Extras section includes additional identifiers or optional item information.

ASIN
EAN
These fields may be used for reporting, integrations, e-commerce, or internal tracking.

GTIN | Used to identify trade items and products throughout the supply chain. |
GCUID | It is a unique identifier assigned to each record or object in a global catalog.The GCUID ensures that each record or object has a distinct identification within the catalog, enabling efficient and accurate referencing and retrieval of information. |
ASIN | ASIN stands for Amazon Standard Identification Number. It is a unique identifier assigned by Amazon to products listed on its platform. ASINs are used to track and identify specific products within the Amazon marketplace. |
EAN | EAN stands for European Article Number, which is a barcode standard primarily used in Europe and other regions. It is an internationally recognized identifier for products, particularly in the retail industry. |
