The Mailchimp integration lets you sync Pavilion customer contacts and customer tags to Mailchimp for marketing campaigns.

1. Open the Customers tab.
2. Open the customer record.
3. Locate the Mailchimp section.
4. Turn on the Sync toggle.

After sync is enabled, the customer contact can sync to Mailchimp.

ℹ️ If you encounter any issues with the Mailchimp connection, please reach out to your Admin for assistance.

Add the desired tags from the Tags field.

1. Open the Customers tab.
2. Open the customer record.
3. Locate the Mailchimp section.
4. Turn on the Sync toggle.
5. Add the desired tags from the Tags field.

After the customer syncs, the selected tags are included with the customer contact in Mailchimp.
