List Emails allow you to send one message to a group of customers at the same time. You can use this for customer updates, promotions, announcements, or other bulk communication.
List Emails are based on Customer List Views, so the list view you choose determines who receives the email.
ℹ️ If you do not see the List Emails tab in your Pavilion account, please contact Pavilion Support so the feature can be activated for your organization.

Deliverability requirements
Before sending your first List Email, your email domain must be configured with SPF and DKIM records. This allows Pavilion to send email on your organization’s behalf and helps prevent messages from being filtered as spam.
After setup, it can take up to 48 hours for the configuration to fully update.
If you need help confirming SPF or DKIM setup, contact Pavilion Support.
