This guide provides step-by-step instructions for creating appraisals in Pavilion.
Creating a New Appraisal
1. Click the App Launcher icon to open the app menu.
2. Type Appraisals in the search field and select it from the list.
3. Click the New button.
4. Select a customer in the Customer field.
5. (Optional) Select an appraiser in the Appraiser field.
6. (Optional) Select a store in the Store field.
7. Click Save to create the appraisal.
Adding New Items to an Appraisal
1. Click the Add Item button.
2. Fill in the required fields.
3. Click Save Changes to confirm.
Pulling an Inventory Item into an Appraisal
Pulling a Job into an Appraisal
Navigate to the Appraisals tab.
Select the appraisal to which you want to add job items.
Click the Pull Job button.
Use the search bar to find and select the relevant job.
Click Add to include the job items.
Click Save Changes.
The Difference Between Pulling and Adding Items
When working with appraisals in Pavilion, you can either pull existing items from inventory or add new items manually:
Pulling items brings in existing inventory or job items that are already tracked in your system.
Adding items lets you create a new item directly in the appraisal. It allows you to enter a new item that isn’t currently recorded in your inventory.
Adding Images to an Appraisal
Click the Add Image button to upload new images or select from existing ones.
Printing an Appraisal
Click the Print button to generate a printable version of the appraisal.
