Introduction
Bulk updating diamond attributes allows you to apply GIA and IGI certificate data to multiple items at once. This process automatically fills in available certificate attributes, helping keep inventory records accurate and complete without manual updates.

Running a Certificate Sync Update
1. Open the App Launcher and select Sync Management.
2. Go to the Sync Jobs tab (1) and click Run Now (2) in the top right corner.
3. In the Target field, select one of the following certificates: IGI or GIA.
4. In the Job field, select Populate IGI Attributes or Populate GIA Attributes, matching the certificate type you selected.
5. In the Options section, you can control how the data is applied.
If no options are selected, certificate attributes are populated only for items with empty attributes.
If Create Gallery Items is selected, certificate attributes are populated for items with empty attributes and certificate images are added for items without images.
If Overwrite Attributes is selected, certificate attributes are updated for all matching items, including those that already have data.
6. Click Run Now to start the process.
7. Once completed, the job status will update to Completed in the Sync Jobs list.
