How do I manage payment methods in Pavilion Settings?

Learn how to create and update payment methods.

ℹ️ Note: If you don’t see Pavilion Settings in the App Manager, please contact your administrator.

Payment methods control the payment options available in Pavilion. You can create new payment methods, add payment types, and update existing payment method details.

Create a new payment method

  1. Open Pavilion Settings.

  2. Click the Payment Methods tab.

  3. In the Payment Methods section, click Add New.

  4. Fill in the required fields:

    • Label

    • Name

    • Type

  5. Add a QuickBooks Payment Method Id if needed.

  6. Click Save.

Add a new type to a payment method

  1. In the Payment Methods section, locate the existing payment method.

  2. Click Add New under that payment method.

  3. Fill in the required fields.

  4. Click Save.

Edit a payment method or type

  1. In the Payment Methods section, locate the payment method or type you want to update.

  2. Click the dropdown icon next to it.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Update the desired fields.

  5. Click Save.
