Brands help you organize inventory items by designer, manufacturer, collection, or product line. You can create, edit, clone, or delete brand records from the Brands app in Pavilion.
Brand records include two main areas:
Details: Shows the brand name and record information.
Related: Shows inventory items linked to that brand.
Create a new brand
Open the App Launcher.
Search for Brands.
Select Brands from the search results.
Click New.
Enter the Brand Name.
Click Save.
Edit a brand
Open the App Launcher.
Search for Brands.
Select Brands from the search results.
Find the brand you want to update. You can use Search this list to locate it.
Click the dropdown icon next to the brand.
Select Edit.
Update the brand details.
Click Save.
Delete a brand
Deleting a brand removes the brand record from Pavilion. Any inventory items linked to that brand may lose the brand association.
Open the App Launcher.
Search for Brands.
Select Brands from the search results.
Find the brand you want to delete.
Click the dropdown icon next to the brand.
Select Delete.
Confirm the deletion.
You can also delete a brand directly from the brand record by clicking Delete in the top-right corner.
⚠️ Once deleted, the brand will no longer be available, and any inventory items linked to it will lose the brand association.
Clone a brand
Use Clone when you want to create a new brand record using an existing brand as a starting point.
Open the brand record you want to copy.
Click Clone.
Update the Brand Name.
Click Save.
