Price tiers define pricing options used for inventory and product variations. Units of measure define measurement units used by attributes and related inventory fields.
Understand price tier fields
Common price tier fields include:
Field | Explanation |
Label | The user-facing price tier name. |
Name | The unique name used to identify the record in the system. |
Inventory Item | Custom inventory item field used for this price tier. |
Product Variation | Custom product variation field used for this price tier. |
Order | Controls where the price tier appears in the price section. |
Sync Enabled | Allows the price to synchronize when enabled. |
is Default | Displays the price during inventory creation when no category is selected. |
is Retail Price | Sets the price tier as the retail price for operations. |
is Discounted | Marks the price tier as discounted. |
is Min price | Sets a minimum price input limit for this price tier. |
Create a new price tier
Open Pavilion Settings.
Click the Pricing Tiers tab.
Click Add New.
Fill in the required fields.
Add any optional settings, such as sync, default, retail price, discount, or minimum price settings.
Click Save.
Edit a price tier
In the Pricing Tiers section, locate the price tier you want to update.
Click the dropdown icon next to the price tier.
Select Edit.
Update the desired fields.
Click Save.
Delete a price tier
In the Pricing Tiers section, locate the price tier you want to remove.
Click the dropdown icon next to the price tier.
Select Delete.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
⚠️Deleting a price tier will affect categories that are associated with it.
Create a unit of measure
Open Pavilion Settings.
Click the Units of Measure tab.
Click Add New.
Fill in the required fields.
Click Save.
Edit a unit of measure
In the Units of Measure section, locate the unit you want to update.
Click the dropdown icon next to the unit.
Select Edit.
Update the desired fields.
Click Save.
Delete a unit of measure
In the Units of Measure section, locate the unit you want to remove.
Click the dropdown icon next to the unit.
Select Delete.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
⚠️Deleting a unit of measure will affect attributes that use this unit.
